Mariani, I manufactures palletising systems for bundled products. Their product range includes layer palletisers and robotic solutions with gripper sizes up to a number of bundles per sequence. The fastest layer palletisers handle load capacities of up to 45 bundles per minute non-stop.
The Mariani layer palletisers apply a layering principle that guarantees optimal palletisation, meaning that even the most challenging bundles may be palletised.
Robot palletising permits a simultaneous palletisation of diverse products; there are however some limitations to the capacity.
The palletising solutions can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual costumer, and may involve conveyor belts for incoming products, palletisers, empty pallet conveyor belt systems, pallet wrapping and an overall control system.
