Inline Former and Coating Units
The Vits Systems, D folder units greatly increase your production versatility with many new special sizes. The folder units may be retrofitted in most printing presses, and is, in addition, self-reliant and independent from the printing press, as it has its own servo-drive. This also enables separate web tension control.
Combined with the Vits Sheeter, you are able to produce covers - everything from booklets to multi-page gate folded products.

The Vits coating unit is an independent servo-driven unit, and is therefore easy to install into existing printing presses, provided there is sufficient space. The equipment can be used for many different purposes, including the application of adhesives, scratch fragrances, varnish etc. The application may be done onto the entire web width or onto individual parts of the web.
