Online Color Control System
As part of the QuadGraphic Group, which has more than 100 heat offset presses at its disposal, QuadTech, USA has had ideal conditions for developing and testing a colour control system that is simple and logical for the individual user.
As an add-on to the Color Control System, QuadTech provides a software programme, Instrument Flight, from the company System Brunner. This product provides the printer with ideal conditions for controlling everything from colour density to a three-colour grey balance.
The micro-colour-bars only need minimal space (1.6 mm), and the patented optical scanner head ensures the fastest measurements available, meaning fast arrangement of the printing job and thereby less waste.
The Color Control System ensures identical results, regardless of the printing job being produced several times on the same press or on multiple presses.
The Color Control System can be delivered with a diagnostics tool that continuously stores information throughout the entire printing process.
